We are only 7 days away from leaving for our trip to Virginia. The kids are already packed, and Nick and I are counting down! Nick's parents moved to Virginia not to long ago, and it has been a challenge for the kids being so far away.
We went to Virginia last year for a week and we had such a great time. The kids stayed over 6 weeks with Nick's parents. There were so many fun things to see in Virginia. We went to Kings Dominion, the beach and hung out at Grandmama and Grandaddy's house (which is absolutely beautiful by the way). If you look at the previous pic of Nick I posted it was taken in their driveway facing the house across the street from them.
This year we are going out for two full weeks and we are taking all 5 of our kids! We are going to Busch Gardens and spending an entire week at Virginia Beach in a beach house Nick's dad rented for us. It has a pool in the backyard. We will make sure to post lots of pictures when we come back!!!

oh, that's just dandy. i'm going to be stuck in a hospital bed recovering from surgery and you get to be laying by the pool at a beach house.

Girl, you are so brave to take all the kids! I just went up to Montana with my four and I wanted to kill them after 3 hours listening to them fight in the car! I hope you guys have a good time though! No time for sex with 5 kids around- Unless you know how to make that work! :)
